Own the project from budget and financial performance from award through to close-out. Including cost control, forecasting, margin management and invoicing. Work closely with the Project Controller to monitor financials in real time and maintain accurate cost reporting. Drive identification and execution of variations and change orders – where scope changes, ensure it is captured, priced and approved Understand the contract and protect commercial position throughout.
