► Prepare specifications and technical documentation
► Ensure designs meet functional, safety, and regulatory requirements
► Support design-for-manufacturing and cost-effective solutions ► Troubleshoot technical issues during development and production
► Plan and execute customer and internal projects
► Coordinate scope, timelines, resources, and costs
► Act as technical interface with customers, suppliers, and partners
► Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks
► Ensure quality, delivery, and performance targets are met
► Work closely with operations on equipment preparation and testing
► Support mobilisation, field deployment, and operational readiness
► Assist with supplier and subcontractor follow-up and technical clarification
► Ensure smooth handover from engineering to field operations
Engineering background – mechanical, manufacturing, industrial or similar
Experience in equipment delivery, operations, or offshore service execution
Project execution experience in industrial or offshore environment Familiarity with offshore, oil & gas, or decommissioning is an advantage
Comfortable working hands-on as well as analytically
Practical, solutions-oriented mindset
